ACH Rejects

ACH Rejects related to your merchant account will be displayed on the ACH Rejects page and a ticket will be created automatically in order to quickly resolve.

Click the PLUS (+) icon, to see an expanded view with related details.

Select the ticket number, to jump to the associated support ticket and provide response & resolve.
